Key Responsibilities
As a part-time licensed counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) on our team, you will experience an environment where both you and our clients are supported and can thrive.

- Provide customized outpatient therapy for individuals and groups, addressing each client’s unique needs and circumstances to support healing and resilience (minimum caseload of 15 sessions per week).
- Develop and implement comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to maintain stability and empower clients on their mental health journey.
- Participate actively in case consultations and discharge planning, bringing your expertise forward to identify opportunities to improve client care.
- Complete session notes, documentation, and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of professional responsibility.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, personal trainers, and fellow counselors to offer a well-rounded, integrated approach to both mental health and overall wellness care.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field.
- Minimum of 3 years counseling experience required.
- Passion for the integrated wellness approach and the important role it plays in mental health and overall wellness.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to complete case notes and documentation efficiently and correctly.
- Empathetic and nurturing, with the skill and will to push clients to persevere and achieve their goals.
- Self-aware and mentally stable.
- Ability to work on location in the office and manage a caseload of at least 15 sessions per week.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances
- Independent Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Act 33/34 Clearances
- FBI Clearances
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

We are a private counseling and wellness practice located about 15 miles North of Pittsburgh, in Wexford, PA.
We offer a client-centered approach aimed at healing and growth.
When appropriate, we collaborate with primary care physicians to create an integrated approach to both mental and physical health. By working alongside healthcare teams, we focus on treating the whole person, recognizing the profound connection between mental and physical well-being.
We offer in-person sessions in our Wexford, PA office. Telehealth/virtual sessions for our counseling, nutrition and life coaching services are also available.
